Refund, Returns & Exchanges Policy

At BabyMagui Boutique, each item is made especially for your order. Our products are personalized and/or custom-made for birthday celebrations, cake smash sessions, and studio photos.

Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and production has started.

Personalized Items

All personalized items are made according to the information provided by the customer, including name, age number, size, color selection, and any special notes.

Please review all order details carefully before submitting your order. BabyMagui Boutique is not responsible for mistakes entered by the customer, including but not limited to:

Misspelled names
Incorrect age number
Wrong size selection
Wrong color selection
Incorrect shipping address
Late event date provided by the customer

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges because each item is made specifically for your child and cannot be resold.

This includes:

Personalized bodysuits
Birthday outfits
Cake smash outfits
Studio photo outfits
Tutús
Shorts
Rompers
Birthday crowns
Custom embroidered items
Any item made with a child’s name, age, or custom color

Order Issues

If there is a problem with your order caused by BabyMagui Boutique, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Please include:

Your order number
Clear photos of the item
A description of the issue

If we confirm that the mistake was made by BabyMagui Boutique, we will do our best to correct the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

Shipping Delays

BabyMagui Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other situations outside of our control.

Processing time and shipping time are separate.
