Thank you for shopping with BabyMagui Boutique. Each item is made with care for the birthdays, cake smash sessions, and studio photos.

Processing time is the time needed to make and prepare your order before shipping.

Most orders require 2-5 business days for processing, depending on the item, personalization, and order volume.

Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping time.

Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method, destination, holidays, weather, and carrier delays.

BabyMagui Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Please remember:

Processing time = time to make your order
Shipping time = time the carrier takes to deliver your package

The delivery date is not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by BabyMagui Boutique in writing.

Please enter your event date at checkout if requested.

The event date helps us understand when you need your item, but it does not guarantee delivery by that date.

Customers are responsible for ordering early enough before the birthday, cake smash session, or studio photo appointment.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

BabyMagui Boutique is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Once a package has been shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

We will do our best to help, but BabyMagui Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

If international shipping is available, the customer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.
